Our Story

    I am a stay at home mom. After having three miscarriages I decided to get a puppy, so I did some research on the Internet. Boy, what wonderful news there was about Peekapoos. I never heard of them before. As soon as I got Sasha, I thought she was the perfect family pet. I started looking for some other peekapoos to breed her with. It was then I found Bella. She has a completely different look and personality than Sasha. Next came Simba. His appearance favors Bella. Finally, after searching, we acquired Nala. Her looks lean toward Sasha. Bella had one litter. A customer fell in love with her and purchased her from us. We decided to sell her because of her size - she was about 12 lbs. We found Layla. Layla was from smaller parents and we anticipate 5 - 7 lbs with the smooshed nose. We then had to make the painfull and heartbreaking decision to sell Simba because all our females were between 5 – 7 lbs and Simba is 12 lbs. After searching and an extremely selective search, we found Mufusa. Mufusa cames from a great line of AKC & CKC registered canines. Dad was an AKC, 5 lb Toy Poodle, and Mom was a 7 lb AKC Pekinese.

   A Peekapoo is a Hybrid, designer breed of Poodle and Pekinese recognized by CKC. Some differences in Peekapoos are size and facial features. Some Peekapoo's have a "smooshed" nose similar to the Pekinese, while others have a nose that resembles a Poodle. They range in wieght from 5 to 12 lbs.

 

   Our Peekapoos are all around 5 lbs and have the desired smooshed nose. Sasha is sable,  a very sought after color. Nala is white, Layla is jet black and Mufasa is also black.

Our Business

Our puppies are born and raised inside our home. We are not a puppy mill or kennel. We started with one puppy and fell in love with her. Our mission is to make other families aware of Peekapoos so they can be as happy as we are. All our children take part in the responsibility of caring for the adult dogs and Mama takes care of the newborn puppies. All our dogs are in great health; healthy dogs make healthy puppies.
